NFL Authentic Jerseys sizes

I was thinking of getting a NFL Authentic Jersey, but I am not sure what size.

Should I get my normal size are would I want to go up a couple of sizes?

I'd go up a size or two if it were me.

I normally wear 2x shirts right now, but if I bought a jersey I'd get a 3x so I could put a hoody or sweatshirt under it in winter.

Normally I would go up a couple of sizes.
But I read on the site the sizes run larger due to havening to handle shoulder pads.
I was just wondering if anyone had any experience how accurate the sizing is.

6'1", about 200 pounds, broad shoulders & long arms (which, as a side, makes dress shirts a total whore to shop for). Usually wear XXL's, but the XL jersey fits fine. Easily loose enough to have a shirt underneath.
