So in an MP league sometimes a commissioner imports the GM's exports and gets a message saying "corrupt file type" for a GM. What can be the cause of this?
I have to assume not having the most up to date files, which could be that the browsers Cache pulled the old files instead of grabbing the newest ones off of the site BUT are there any other possibilities?

If it's an old import, it will actually say "wrong stage".
This sounds like the file truly is corrupt. If it's the same GM over-and-over, I'd suspect something on their box like a virus, or drive going bad, or them interrupting FOF while it's writing the file out. If it's different GMs here and there, I'd suspect something in the upload process randomly corrupting files. If it's lots of GMs lots of the time, I'd suspect the download process or the commishes machine doing something to them.
I have yet to see a corrupt file in either my office league or the WOOF.

2 GMS this stage out of 28 imports.
Ive seen it before though.....just trying to figure out the potential causes.
I saw this when 2 exports somehow got their file names switched. For example, the .001 export was named .002, and the .002 export was named .001. I never figured out how it happened, but renaming the files fixed the problem. Weird.

thaat is very weird. Im not sure that that is the problem in this case and it would never have dawned on me to look at that as an option.
