Are those sound systems for the movie theaters? (Dolby Virtual Surround Sound?) RWC is probably something to do with the Rear volumes. Not sure, just taking a guess.

They're for the deaf/blind to watch/hear movies.
Rear Window Captioning (RWC). It's for deaf people, to watch movies. Per the description: Select films at each location will be offered with RWC® for our guests who are Deaf and hearing impaired. Reversed captions are displayed on a light-emitting text display which is mounted in the rear of the theatre. Captions are then reflected onto portable transparent acrylic panels which fit into theatre cup holders. The reflective panels are portable and adjustable allowing guests to sit anywhere in the theatre
DVS - descriptive video services for the blind. "A descriptive narration service, for our guests who are blind and visually impaired. Descriptive narration headsets provide narrated information (without disturbing other audience members) about key visual elements such as actions, settings and scene changes to make the movie-going experience more enjoyable."
