They're tired, hoss. I think it says it at the bottom of the screen. Don't work 'em so hard. :)

How much of an effect does them being tired have? Do you sit them for a game, lower their PT, or keep on keepin' on? I've been doing the latter, crossing my fingers, and hoping for the best, don't know if that is smart though...

For the other positions, you choose a percentage of plays that player participates in. The game will use your starter based on that percentage, though if his endurance rating isn't high, the game may substitute him out more frequently. Overused players can get tired, and they will be less effective in subsequent games.

This is the only reference I could find in the FOF Help File for tired players. I also thought that it made them easier to be injured, but that might've been pure speculation on my part.

As it is, it appears that "tired" players take a performance hit similar to how players with probable/questionable players perform.
