Now you know how we felt up here for about a whole freaking month.

But now it's been beautiful here for over a week. Not a drop of rain for a change.

Of course, it's overcast right now so I'm sure it'll start raining as soon as I hit the submit botton...

It is not just central, but south Texas too. I need some decent weather so i can poison the fleas and ticks in the yard and not have it be a waste because it gets rained away.

I don't mind rain. But 44 of the past 50 days with rain? That's a bit much.

Also, the rain ruins my normal schedule of mowing the grass once a month. Who knew water made grass grow?

Sorry cartman. I didn't realize my Morning Wakeup Dance was the cause of all this trouble.

Yeah. Nice here in the Bronx too... Could maybe use a little rain to wash the urine off the sidewalk, but it can continue raining in Texas for another 40 days and nights or so...

Jesus Christ, visibility was terrible when I left work. I had to drive really, really slow because it was hard to see the car in front of me.

Tell me about it. This storm just blew up out of nowhere, considering how nice it was outside up until about 3:30pm. Now it is pitch black outside, with rain coming down at the rate of 2-4 inches per hour forecast for the next several hours. I'm currently camping out at my buddy's office over by the Arboretum, because if I tried to drive home now, it'd take over two hours.

Please, raindance dude, SIT DA FUUUCCCCKK DOWN!!!!

Dola,

Just heard on the radio that there have been more days of rain in July this year in the Austin area than there have been in the previous 25 Julys... COMBINED

Remind me again who were are supposed to blame? Gore or Bush? Or perhaps it was the guy that predicted a catastrophic hurricane season?

I'm blaming whoever is doing the raindance. At this point, I'm beginning to think it is more like a rain conga line.

I hear ya, cartman! We're currently 18 inches above normal for the year. For the first time in weeks, we've had 4 consecutive days of rain-free weather before a storm blew through this morning.
