I usually don't like arcade sports games, but...

I rented the Bigs last week and played it relentlessly until I finished the rookie challenge. I then played 4 or 5 games online during the last day of the rental period. I really enjoyed it (surprisingly) and was sad to return it, so I've just ordered it for purchase and I'm guessing I should have the game again by this upcoming weekend at the latest.

Anyone on here play it and interested in online games? Send me a message to XBL GT: "itshimagain".

As far as I know, I'm the only FOFC regular who has The Bigs. I'd play with you, although I don't think I'll be firing up the ol' 360 until tomorrow, so look for the friend request then.

My son loves to play online. He won't sit there and throw all strikes though. He is at camp until Friday night but he is always up for a game. SN dlmac

Cool. Looking forward to the games. My copy shipped yesterday so I'm expecting it by Friday.

What's your GT pumpy?

I'm looking forward to it, too. I'm only halfway through the rookie challenge, and with the new football games out, I doubt I'll finish it for a while. I still have at least a few hours left with the game. My GT is "Pumpy".

Ha, I guess my question should have been, what's your GT, "Pumpy"? Then you could have said "Yes".

This title really surprised me. I didn't expect much from it but after initial favorable reviews at other sites I gave it a try and had a real blast! Dare I say... I actually enjoy it just as much as the Show on my PS3. Uh-oh better whisper that or they'll take away my Sim-er license.

I'm the opposite...I took my son out to Gamespot on Monday and while I bought NCAA 2008 for me, we got The Bigs for him (Wii). As soon as we got home, we started playing The Bigs and I've enjoyed it to the point where NCAA is still sitting on my desk unopened. Maybe it's the Wii interface (which is awesome for baseball), but I think I'll be playing this for a while longer before I even put the football game in for the first time.
