Basic HTML help

Could someone helpa nOOb to HTML out? If you look at my Nolan Roth CL in the dynasty forum I'm having trouble aligning my text/stats? Could someone point me in the right direction?

Usually what I do, is cut/paste the text into a notepad file and then align them that way and then post them using [CODE] rather than HTML tags in the forum. That is, when I'm not being lazy.
