Zenith 27" Television Problem

Ok, we have a bunch of new Zeniths in one of our hotels that all have the same problem:

1. Turn power on: Black screen with a red "Camport" message.
2. Push any button: red text changes to "disconnect front a/v jack."

What do I have to do? Does anybody know?
