So Russia wants to claim the oil reserves at the north pole, but nobody knows what territory it actually belongs to... With a little luck, maybe we got it and enough oil to eventually pump out of the ground and sell to China, that we could then use the economic windfall to continue our purchase of middle-eastern oil and keep fuel prices under $4.50/gallon!
