I'm so annoyed right now.

We don't get the Redskins pre-season game without the NFL Network. It looks like a local DC station gets it, but down here in Hampton Roads we don't - but I'm 99% sure the Skins are considered our "local" team. Does a local affiliate have to choose to pick the pre-season games up or something?

It pretty much comes down to who wants to pick it up. I am not getting the Giants game in Hartford tonight. It's probably on CBS2 in NY. Some years they are on here, some years they aren't.

Get DirecTV and you'll see the game eventually. Preseason games suck anyhow.

I think it has to be the direct local affiliate, not an indirect local affiliate. I get the Steelers game, but it's cause it's coming from a Pittsburgh station. When the steelers are on ESPN, it's also on that local affiliate as well. When the Skins are on ESPN, I'm willing to bet that the local HR affiliate does not carry the game on "free" TV. My thought anyways.

That game was on the NFL Network. Alexander walked off the field bleeding. Don't know who he was, but he was running around without a helmet.

I may be wrong but I think the TV works the same way. There should be a button marked power that you press and then some other buttons that adjust the channels, oh and don't forget the volume controls which will help you hear what you are watching...
