Ok. What is the formula I would use to find out a percent .... like....
14,530:19,500 How do I find out what percent the first number is of the second number?
I know it may sound dumb, but I haven't done this kind of math in a very long time lol. Shoulda' payed more attention in school.
Thanks in advance if anybody can give me the formula.

:edit:
Oh yeah, and also a formula for like If I wanted to find out what 90% of 19,350 is etc...

14530/19500 * 100% for your first question.
.90 * 19350 for the 2nd question.

Way to go, EF27, you probably just helped Reip cheat on his SATs.

Yeah, guys, I forgot how to do this:
If Johnny is on train A, and is going between Chicago and Atlanta at 55mph, while mark (on train B) is going between New York and Atlanta at 70mph, which will get there first?
Two of my buddies are meeting me in Atlanta, and I want to know which to expect first.
Depends. Which car of the train are they in? Cause, the ones in the front of the train get there first, is all.
