<!-- Lead Content Panel -->FORMER pro wrestling star Brian Adams - aka Crush - has died after he was found in bed by his wife unconscious and not breathing.
According to the police incident report now published on the internet, Adams's wife called 911 but rescue officers were unable to revive the wrestler.
His death, which comes only months after that of wrestler Chris Benoit, is being treated as suspicious. Police said there were no visible injuries.
Adams debuted in WWE in 1990, joining Ax and Smash as the third member of the legendary tag team, Demolition. The Hawaiian native was a two time WCW World Tag Team Champion as well as a one time holder of both the WWF World Tag Team Championship and the All Japan Pro Wrestling World Tag Team Championship.
His career came to an end in January 2003, when he suffered a spinal injury during a wrestling match.
An autopsy has been scheduled for August 14.
