A friend and I are creating a game in which we can play head-to-head in a league with one another. What is the best way to do this? Can we actually play live head-to-head? Aside from the actual gameplay, how do we handle changes etc?
Question 2...what does it mean to have experience of AUTOMATIC when creating a manager? Is this lower than Sunday baller or whatever?
Question 3...there are 3 jobs available, 2 in the English League One, which we plan on applying for. Are we going to get these jobs or is it likely, based on our experience, that we will be rejected?

Question 4...what files/downloads/mods aside from the latest patch are 'must haves' to ensure a realistic universe?
We're using a full league of England, Spain, and Germany with as much depth turned on as possible (no additional countries).

1. Not sure if many of us have h2h experience here, might try the SI forums for that
2. Not sure what automatic is, maybe random? In any event, I don't think it has any bearing on how you perform, just how your manager is referred to in the news
3. Are you starting unemployed? If so then one of you will get that L1 job most likely. What is the other league? Lower level? Then likely one of you will get that position as well
4. Just download the latest patch and you are good to go.

1. There is a guide to setting up head to head games on the sigames.com website I'd recommend you read that.
2. Automatic means it will give you a reputation 'appropriate' to the team you join, ie. if you join Man Utd you'll be pretty well known, Cambridge City and you'll be a virtual unknown.
3. It'll depend on how suitable the clubs believe you are for the jobs (so yes experience does count).
4. The games pretty realistic by itself (in my ever so slightly biased opinion ;)) - if you like pretty graphics then there are a bunch of skins, flags, kits, player pictures available if you root around on the net though.
