I totally felt the onset but decided just to live with what was coming to me and keep running... I'm very stubborn about changing something once I've started. :(

Full disclosure: this is coming from someone who refuses to accept the fact that ever since I got a new pair of golf shoes, I've had gotten blisters along the inside of both feet every single time. I swear it's the courses' fault.

An online journal contains the first-ever documented nipple and breast tissue being found on a woman's foot.

Adding to the annals of anomalous human biology, a team of Brazilian doctors led by Dr. Delio Marques Conde examines the podiatric curiousity. The nipple walked into their office on the foot of a 22-year-old woman seeking to have it removed.

At first examination, the lesion appeared to be "a well-formed nipple surrounded by areola and hair," said the report in Dematology Online Journal. Further prodding revealed fat-tissue at the nipple's base - making it also the first finding of breast tissue on a foot.

Nothing else abnormal in the woman's health was found in a physical examination. Doctors removed the nipple as requested by the woman.

Extra nipples occur in as much as five per cent of the population and are more common in women. Usually they pop up along the embryonic milk line, but have been reported on the face, shoulder, thigh and back.

If glandular tissue is found in abnormally placed tissues, doctors should monitor them for the same diseases that afflict normally-placed breasts, according to the report.

Just boil a sewing needle or something and pop it, leaving the skin covering it. It should be good as new in a few days. Maybe even put some neosporin on it once you've popped it.
