Having Problems getting updated Rosters.

I'm having problems installing the updated rosters from "Yabaroster-2007 Draft File."

I downloaded the file to my desktop, and extracted the file from the zipfile. I followed the directions on how to set the game editing up along with importing over the new Alt roster, but when the game ask me for the file it can't be found on my desktop...weird. When I get out of the game and look for the file its on my desktop, but when I try to import from the game its not there.

Can anyone help me out with this? Thank you.

FYI - if you're using that file, then you're using old rosters, not current. Based on the title of your thread, it sounds like you want the 2007 rosters, which can be downloaded here (http://www.operationsports.com/fofc/showthread.php?t=60648).

ok. This might be obvious, but don't use one of the draft files with it or you'll be drafting players that are already in the file.

Got it, The one I downloaded has all of the current rookies on the team already. Is this the wrong file. For example I have the Cowboys and A. Spencer (LB) is in my roster.

Is this not the right file?

The most current file is the one I linked to above, the 2007 NFL real player file. It has the rosters for the upcoming season starting next week, which is why it includes the rookies drafted in in this past April. If you use this file, you'll play out the 2007 season and FOF will automatically generate future draft classes.

I'm a little unclear on what you are looking for. You have various options on players when starting a new game. If you want to start the 2007 season, use the file I liked to above. If you want to start in 2006 and do your own draft of players selected last April (A. Spencer, et al), you have three choices (assuming you want real players): (1) the default real player file that comes with the game; (2) the 2006 real player file I made (http://www.operationsports.com/fofc/showthread.php?t=53809); or (3) the 2006 real player file made by SteveMax58 (http://www.operationsports.com/fofc/showthread.php?t=56001&highlight=2006+roster). If you go with a 2006 roster, you should use Nilodor's 2007 draft file (http://www.younglifenorthdekalb.com/fof2k7downloads/2007.faf).

Does anyone still have these files around. Would love to have either Yabanci or Stevemax58?
