Playing Time?

I just testing out my game since I'm a newbie to this. I had a question regarding playing time for the players. I was doing a test and I set my Oline to 100% playing time and sim the game. I notice that even though I had it set to 100%, the players played around 85% to 90% of the time for my Oline.

What playing time do you guys set for the Oline? My defense I keep it set on 70%.

Sometimes players will be subbed out even if PT is set for 100%, due to endurance.

There is no wrong or right, but I tend to set PT for my very best players at 95-100%, my above average players around 85-90%, and platooning guys at 75%
