This guy is the best back I've ever had on any of my teams. You guys may have done better, but I haven't. To me this guy is very very impressive. He has very impressive receiving stats as well, but I can't seem to get that image to work. (I'm a noob at the image thing.)

Anyways this guy's a beast, and I just wanted to share him with the community here since I know absolutely nobody "personally" who is even interested in football, much less FOF. He was an 80 most of his career except for like the last 3 seasons or so.

Dola. Guess neither images are working.

Hmm...guess FreeImageHosting.net blows...I tried signing up for ImageShack, but for some reason when they send me my pass, it doesn't work, I tried it twice. Anybody know of any other good reliable image hosting sites?

::edit::

Okay now I can see both images...maybe it was just my computer being dumb for a minute. Or maybe I didn't do the files right or something, and it makes them harder to load. (sorry for my noobness.)

You don't need to sign up for imageshack.

A great player, no doubt.

I am, however, disappointed to see multiple 450+ carry seasons in this guy's history. I had thought Jim had made that nearly impossible in 2k7, but evidently I'm mistaken.

Well, for what it's worth, there were only 2. And they were his best 2 seasons. And we had some horrid GrossmanEsque QB's goin' on. The first 2000+ year our best QB was barely 3rd string quality 33/33. And the 2nd 2000+ we had a 19/70 in. (had to get that guy developed and fast, I knew my super RB wouldn't last forever). Yes, I jacked up the running game crazy style. like in the 90%+ on 1st and 2nd down situations and still very very high in other situations.

It was difficult to strike a balance between running a lot and getting the defensive familiarity, so I basically took the games "recommendations" and jacked it up like 10-15 % on the run on those two seasons. Still there was a lot of running the rest of the time. (very KC Chiefs like with L.J.)

Beauty about this guy was that even with all those carries, he was a workhorse and still got the yardage needed. In the league championship he scored 4....yes FOUR!!! touchdowns!!! a beast. ;-)

Oh and this game doesn't have to be totally perfect for me...a little oddities here or there aren't a big deal to me. It's still better than Madden heh.

That RB had some serious juice. He was probably on it too.

Very impressive. J.B. seems to be a good name for FOF heroics.

I don't suppose you can run any trick plays and get the RB to pass the ball. After I got done comparing LT to Peyton with my buddy...he proved me wront by acting "just" like WP by flingin' a TD lol. q=( Go bears.....wha haaa.

Quite the player, even though he had alot of touchdowns, I'm surprised he didn't get more. 14 in a season as a max, kinda strange.

He saved them all up for his 2012 Front Office Bowl appearance, where he scored 4. Player of the game. He was not going to be denied after all those years of playing the game.

Other than that, I couldn't tell ya'. Maybe that's why we didn't see more playoff appearances with this guy.

::edit:: 16 max in 2011 (if you count receiving touchdowns) Man I would love to get the RB the ball to throw some passes every once in a while. I love my self a good all around running back that just has hall of fame written all over him. TD Passes, 2000yd rushing seasons, can catch the ball like a dang receiver. Pure offensive nuclear weapons...

LIke LT, or W. Peyton. you know...guys like that Oh well...nobody said this game was "totally" perfect. But it is damn good (statistically) compared to anything else I can find that covers "pro" football.

lol I just realised something funny with the J.B. reference. J.B.??? O.J???

This just in. J.B. Ause fleeing from police claiming to have a gun to his own head with passengers in the car. This after being accused of killing his ex-wife and her long time friend. More to come as the story unfolds...

(......too soon?)

there is a J.B. Lincoln in the Imperial Football League that i drafted in the 2nd round (i only had him for one season before trading him) and he puts up surprisingly great numbers. right now he currently leads the league in rushing. he doesn't really seem to have the stats to put up those kind of numbers, all he has as an outstanding rating is high breakaway speed. no elusiveness or hole recognition. so yeah, J.B. might be a telltale sign for a great player then. i'll test it out next time i see another J.B. in the draft.

lol Always draft players with 2 initials as their first names...that is what we learn here, folks
