ESPN Fantasy Football Help

I signed up for a Fantasy Football League and I don't know where to go to choose my team defense... a little help would be appreciated.

Specifically how? If you select your team lineup, there should be a dropdown for every position and bench player. Next to your defense, make sure the dropdown says DEF. If a defense isn't showing up, maybe you didn't draft one :)
