Well if the judge said "taser that scumbag", then you really can't blame the bailiff for being confused.

I like the story after that even better... about the guy who put a camera in his car and got a cop on tape talking in a manner he may not have if he had known he was being recorded...

EVERYBODY SHOULD WIRE THEIR CAR!!! :D
