Dola,
DC - I don't think cutting and pasting paid-for content is kosher. At all.

I've seen it done here for other stuff. But I guess it's a case-by-case thing. No worries.

Yeah, better be safe than sorry. :)
So, what are the odds of this going to a game 5?

Anyone notice that McCarver's 'Keys to the game' are always variations on 'Win'?
Thats some outstanding sports analysis.

Yup, that Papi is such a defensive liability at 1B ;)

First I've turned on the series...and Buck sounds like he's doing PbP for a wake.
FOX must be loving this series.

These Rockies have been painful to watch. Painful. For a team that looked so great less than two weeks ago, this has been just awful to have to endure.
I think the whole "it has to be the layoff" conversation will begin, but given how good the Red Sox are, no one has wielded it, since folks would just say, "the Red Sox are better, rawr..."
But if the Rockies could've played sooner, I think that they would've at least made a series of it, because they really did play out of their minds for about three weeks and it was great to watch.
But oh well...time to go out and sign some guys.

Nothing would make me happier than to see a former Blue Jay get rocked on the mound as Timlin gets ready to come in.
Too bad I can't put J.P. Riccardi's head on a tee. Ricky Romero with the sixth pick of the '05 draft rather than Troy Tulowitzski. (who went 7th) Someone ought to fire him now just for thinking that was a good idea. Morons.

You know. I am sick to death of these disgusting nasty grimy dirt encrusted hats and helmets these overpaid prima-donnas wear.
SHINE THOSE FUCKING HELMETS YOU LOSERS.

Man, Tito is looking like a fucking genius this post season, with just about every move he's making working out just right.

Well, give them credit for wanting to put this team out of its misery...

It's nice that Ken Rosenthal was able to confirm SI's story.

This is the problem with asking your relievers to do 4 innings or so every game.

Didn't they have an interview with Francona earlier where he said he wouldn't be using Okajima unless it was the "perfect situation"?

Warning: Geek/Nerd Joke ahead:
Apparently, Jonathan Papelbon is so money, that the Apple store now only accepts the following as payment for the iPhone: debit cards, credit cards, checks, and vials of Jonathan Papelbon's sweat.

Oh yeah, '07 baseball season ends with a yawner.
Colorado's carriage has now turned into a pumpkin finally, everything is back to normal folks.

Sadly, I think the Red Sox are going roll over the Rockies. I know the Rockies were the hottest team in baseball in the last month, going an incredible 21-22(?) or something like that. I have a feeling the 9 day layoff will have totally stopped whatever roll they were on.
Between that and the fact that the Red Sox have more talent, I think we are looking at a sweep here.
You are a wise man...

I was feeling pretty good about Chicago until three losses against some filth (for the most part). Then again, I think we're in the wrong thread for this...
