Hey all,
When trying to lock up my players before they can hit the open market, I always seem to have to restructure at least one of their current contract years, paying them 2 bonuses. Is there any way to negotiate an extention, years added to the end of the current conract, rather than drawing up a whole new one? It's particularly harsh when the player will only sign for 3 years at the current salarly bracket as I'm left restrcuturing every other season, paying these players more bonus money than I'm happy paying them.
