ok, my team is in dead last place and will finish the season there. So i figure i'll sell off a bunch of my older guys and pick up some 17-19yr old kids and train them up. I'm looking for cheap kids with at least passable for their essential ratings(playmaking for mids, defending for backs, etc etc etc).

Couple of questions though. I can only train on rating per week. Does this mean that if i'm training my defense that my mid fielders and my strikers won't get anything? If this is the case would it be better to pick up 4 young backs and just train defense until i'm happy with the results? Would i waste young mids and forwards if i train defense for a few weeks? What should i do about stamina or form or general or set pieces or passing or winger training?

I have a young(21yrs) passable keeper, should i spend anytime trying to train him up or should i just hold onto him for the time being?

Any help would be greatly apreaciated!

I think the idea is to train one position to sell, and buy the rest that you need. YOu don't neccesaily waste anyone, you just don't give them training while you play. But if you are training def, your other guys won't increase. Set pieces, I have come to understand is the most useless stat ther is, and winger's are usually cheap. Stamina plays a big part in the second half performace.

General, wow. IN one of the dynasty threads there was a big discussion on it. Might want to search through them. Can't remeber which one it was.
