During the 7 rounds of the rookie draft, what ratings are being used by my scouting staff in evaluating and interviewing perspective draftees?
If say I looking at a DL that I have interviewed, is the info about this player based on my scout's DL rating, young talent rating or both? If it is both, is the young talent given greater weight in the info displayed?
Seems like I've read a posting somewhere that a high young talent rating is very critical in the draft process.
During trade negotiations with other teams, when does my scout's ability for young talent no longer apply? 4/5 year vets?
