if you could help me out....im still really confused on how to go about joining a league....i see the different leagues....and most are in the process, can i still join? What steps do i take? is there somewhere i can go to read on this?

Depends on the league, and what kind of openings they have. Most leagues have their own forums, and you can look there for something like openings, or waiting lists. Or just post anywhere asking them, or send a PM to whoever looks like the commissioner.

The first thing to do is look for a post with a title that indicates that the league needs new owners. Depending on league schedules, most take anywhere from 2 to 4 months to finish a season, and nearly all leagues lose at least one or two owners at the end of each season, so there's almost always someone looking for a new owner right away. These two have recent posts, so I'd assume they're good places to start:

Every league has its own process for getting new members, so I'd suggest reading those two threads and responding appropriately.
