It's one of the games pre-installed on your computer. At least it is on mine...

How does one go about playing inkball?

1st: Get Vista or XP Tablet Edition
2nd: Open up Games Explorer, under Games, in the Start Menu Programs
3rd: Click it and play ;).

I was bored at work and it doesn't have tablet edition :)
