Honestly I'm sick to death of the polls in general. The tournaments of poll-ish diversity ought to be moved to the dynasty section. They don't belong in GD. I'd rather see the one's AE posted anyway, they at least relate to Football.

The forums own official description makes no mention of football or even sports.
General forum. Pretty much anything goes, but keep it civil.

Hell, absent the trollish aspect of it, AE's polls weren't really against the forums purpose either.

Nevermind my polls were genuinely posted for the sake of some entertainment (and seem to be enjoyed by a good segment of the board), while AE's were nothing more than intentional spam because he didn't happen to like my tournament.

Actually, I think his polls were in response to other people complaining about your polls (and the Tourney of Rick polls). Like saying "you're complaining about too many polls? I'll show you too many polls!!!!"

Not persecuted. It's just annoying that I took the time to put together a tournament and set up a bracket so that people could have some fun, but now people are spamming the board and thus aggravating the segment of the board that I was trying NOT to aggravate with the tournament. Really makes me wonder why I bothered, and if I should just can the whole thing at this point.

Don't ever compare me to a Pats fan. EVER! ;)
