The site, DriveThruRPG is doing a Give away this week, each day, a series of books will be released for free downloads.

A lot of independent companies, etcetera, but there is some D20/D&D stufff in there, and some fairly major games in the pipeline (Tommorrow's set of free giveaway books includes Twilight:2000, for example)

Each new set gets posted at 10 AM Eastern US Time (1500 GMT), and when the day is over, so is the chance to get the stuff free.

just downloaded today's set, good stuff.. and hey, can't argue with the price!

I got very intrigued in Runequest after reading through yesterday's sourcebook and I'm positively giddy to see the main sourcebook available today.

This is sweet, I've been downloading the d20 OG3 stuff for our DnD campaigns I play.
