Eagerly waiting Beck's first start for Miami. I think anything better than 40% completion and 3 or less picks will be great.

I have to say the "NFL Gamebreaks" are just so stupid. Why show the most irrelevant plays 10 minutes after they happened, and not the big gains?

PACKERS PUNT RETURN FOR TD!!!!!!!

Also, Ted Ginn has 3 catches for 49 yards already.

Icy

Shit, can't watch the fins game, just today that Beck is there. Following it in the nfl website, it looks like Beck is playing well and throwing to Ginn a lot for long gains.

Neuqua
11-18-2007, 12:37 PM
And now Vinitieri misses his 4th consecutive FG. This one a 38 yarder.

I'm so torn today.

1) Watch GB / CAR game
2) Watch Chokeland stink it up (always good to root against them)
3) Continue to play my FOF superbowl (should be an easy win against a banged up overachieving team)
4) Watch Kate Beckinsale in Serendipity, one of the hottest performances in a non-porn movie for an actress.

WTF?? J.Allen picking his second INT today, are the Dolphins having a renaissance?

Not really. Other than the two picks and the return for a TD by Ginn, the Dolphins are still pretty much the Dolphins. They still didn't get any points off of those turnovers. Maybe they kept the Eagles off the scoreboard for a bit, but it's still just 7-0, and they are still the Dolphins.

I'm only listening on radio, but Mad Dog did say he was hurt on the last Eagles drive. It could be a combination of both.

Anatomy of the Panthers season-Get down near the end zone at the end of the half after two GB penalties, Testaverde fumbles the ball away with the next play.

To be fair, he was punched in the face to cause the fumble (I have no clue how they review the unreviewable pass interference but can't throw a flag when he gets smacked in the face...)

Radii

The punt return for TD was probably enough to seal it :( God Carolina is so incredibly bad.

Jas_lov
11-18-2007, 01:50 PM
Oh he was not punched in the face. He may have got him in the throat, but not the face. And they weren't reviewing the pass interference, they were reviewing whether or not he stepped out of bounds and was the first to touch the ball. Just face it, the Panthers and Testeverde suck. They are clearly the inferior team and would be even if they had Delhomme and Smith.

Yeah that review of an unreviweable pass interference call was quite bizarre. Was Testaverde hit in the face? Looked like he hit him in the throat/neck, but I didn't stick around to see a replay.

What? Look, the Panthers suck and will lose this game. C'mon, I lived in Tampa when they DRAFTED Testaverde, and I'm on record here as saying the man has had exactly ONE decent season in his entire NLF career, yet the media keep talking about how good he is.

I just did not get the officiating on that endzone sequence, that's all.

Looked like he got hit on the lower part of the face mask. If he hits him in the neck, isn't that clotheslining? One way or another, it should have been half the distance to the goal, not a fumble and a turnover the other way.

This is really going to be the litmus test for Beck. Feeley and the Eagles are pushing against our weak ass defense (with special thanks to Dumb Capers) and will probably be up 17-7 early in the 4th. We'll have no choice but to start passing.

Three game lead with six to play. The division can basically be clinched on Thursday. It's a great day to be a Packer fan. I know, those fan boards are bad. All these "Give Cam a chance, Jimmy started out 1-15" posts are sickening. Jimmy was at least building, we're just bumbling. Some of these fanboys need to grow brains. Course, we know Can't won't be fired by Fat Fuck for at least a few years, and at that time those same dumbass fanboys will be changing their tunes. I like your enthusiasm, but the Lions are usually a tough team on Thanksgiving, and that is when they always suck. This year they have been good at home and the short week is rough for visiting teams. The Packers will get only 1 practice, 2 if they don't take the normal day off, with wednesday being a travel day. Aikman/Buck said it was clearly dropped. Looked borderline to me, but it's been pointed out to me that I don't know what I'm talking about half the time...

Okay, look, "damn" is obviously the correct spelling, yes, we got it. But if you go with the idiomatic damn+it, the silent n becomes a second m. Thusly: "dammit". Most effective with several exclamation points and/or ones immediately after the t.

Glad to be of service.

I haven't read any of this thread yet, and guess there is a chance some of the 49ers fans have already commented on this.. I went to the 49ers vs Rams game today and don't think that I have ever seen a worse offensive line than the Rams this year.. of course it is balanced by the 49ers probably being the worst receivers I have ever seen. I have never seen so many balls hit the receivers directly in the hands and just be dropped.

Commercial:

Music is my daddy
Music is my imaginary friend
My music is my king sized bed
Music’s where I meet my friends
Music is my hot hot friend
My music is where I’d like you to touch

Song:
From all the drugs the one I like more is music
From all the junks the one I need more is music
From all the boys the one I take home is music
From all the ladies the one I kiss is music (muah!)

Music is my boyfriend
Music is my girlfriend
Music is my daddy
Music is my imaginary friend
Music is my brother
Music is my great-grand-daughter
Music is my sister
Music is my favorite mistress

From all the shit the one I gotta buy is music
From all the jobs the one I choose is music
From all the drinks the one I get drunk is music
From all the bitches the one I wanna be is music

Music is my beach house
Music is my hometown

Music is my back rub
