Since this would be my first team, I'm really looking for a crappy team. Gives me nowhere to go but up, as I figure things out. :) Plus I dig a challenge anyway.

I've won championships in Total Pro Basketball leagues, and I understand that this is a different game, but I think that the dedication, and effort says alot about what kind of an owner I am.

I may also be looking to begin an FOF career. I am a complete nOOb to sports sim games, but have been playing sports games for nearly 20 years. I have been playing NHL Eastside Hockey for about 2 years off and on, but never in an online league. I am very knowledgable in regards to the sport itself (i.e. ratings, masking, positions, drafting, gameplans, etc., etc.), I just have no experience in a multiplayer league. Just like Pacersfan46, I would prefer a crappy team so I can gain experience without the high expectations early on. I also love a challenge.
