FOF4Demo - CRC Error

While extracting the demo-zip it says crc-error. The file "_sys1.cab" seems to be corrupt. :(
Could anyone help? :)

i did in different ways, but no changes. the error still appears.

okay make sure you delete it from your windows temp directory. And then try to download it again.
