Weird popup, Japanese mayebe?

Buddy at work is getting this popup on his laptop a bunch, seems like spyware(as opposed to accidentally changing a language setting somewhere). Is this a language that anyone recognizes?

I'm tempted to say it's Chinese, because there's no kana in there. That's about the extent of my Asian linguistic skills though. :)
