Can't start a new dynasty-Help!

I originally bought FOF in October 2007. Played a couple of weeks and stopped playing because of stuff to do around the house. Now I go back to play and I try to start a new dynasty and I cannot click the OK button in the New Game Options screen.

Yes, I am running this in Vista, but I have always ran it in Vista. I uninstalled the game, reinstalled, installed the new version. Still doesn't work. Then I check ed the version of the game I installed it says Product Version 5.0.0.1

Ugh....Can someone help me?

Did you enter an 8 digit league ID at the top? That one still gets me sometimes.
