I am in possession of a whole bunch of Starbucks gift cards (between $50-100 total value, I'd guess) and a Borders gift card that I would like to swap. Has anyone used any of the card swapping/selling sites with any success? I don't really want to pay too much in fees considering that I could use them, I just don't tend to patronize either place.

I don't really know about any of them, but if it doesn't work out, I go to starbucks and borders pretty often. Let me know.

Speaking of which.. I saw some gift cards on Ebay going for more than the value. Anyone know of any reason why? (Other than the buyers being stupid that is)

A little Googling on the subject gives me the impression that the buyers who pay more than face value often chargeback the purchase, claiming that the card was empty when they received it.

hmm, i've never seen that but now it worries me. I've sold gift cards on EBay, and I'll usually just lose about 5% of it's value.
