I would like to ask Jim if he could look into the speed of FOF4 because since I've had the game its been going slow. FOF2001 and TCY both have good speed but FOF4 doesn't. I know FOF4 has more stats and all that but it is a pain try to sim a whole season. My specs are 1.1 ghertz, 60 gig harddrive, 256 ram...

I'll be happy to bring it up to him, but I can tell you the reduced speed is because the AI is doing a more thorough job of selecting it's starting lineups now. Jim decided he would sacrafice speed for realism. But I will mention it to him

dola. the game runs absurdley slow though. I'm running on a brand new PC with the same specs above and it definitely takes a couple MINUTES to sim each week. It's tough to enjoy the game at a speed like that.

There must be something else than just normal game speed causing the problem then. I run the game on an 800 MHz box with 256 ram and while it is slower than previous versions it doesn't take anywhere near 2 minutes to sim a week.
