Game "Item's" that need to be addressed

I don't want to call this a bug report because I don't think what I notice to be bugs. I think they fall more under "This game is so deep, a few tweaks need to be made and here they are"

My biggest pet peeve is the "Player X is returning to face your squad; How do you feel about it?" I can see this happening for an elite player or even for the first time they show up after being shipped out. But it holds true if the player was on the team 13 years ago as a youth member and played for two seasons in the U18 squad.

Another item is the physio's in the world.

WHY AM I THE RICHEST CLUB IN THE WORLD AND YET MY BOARD STILL ARE MAINTAINING THE OLD SALARY STRUCTURE FOR STAFF!!!

As the richest club in the world I shouldn't be losing my AssMan after 1 year to take up a position as a COACH for a club that is LESS PRESTIGIOUS just because they can pay him more as a coach then I could as an AssMan.

edit: they won't let me offer my staff anything more than $800k

I was determined not to buy FM this year as things like DT's problem have been inherent in the game for years. But I couldn't hold out ;) - haven't seen anything I can't get over myself yet, but this is not encouraging (neither is the way my Leicester squad is making money hand over fist - £4m in 4 months so far without any player sales of note.

Finances have long been a major major problem.

However, to give balance, the tactical side seems clearer now with a half decent manual and the tactical options renamed in a couple of places to finally remove any doubt about the intention at least, and I really like the competition news sections, the confidence screens and the skin.

Still, despite my aim to play in a quicker manner, I still can't stop myself micro managing, and getting through about 1-2 matches maximum per hour... :(

does anyone know if I can go into the editor and change that? cuz shit...i don't even have an editor or anything, but i'd seriously...be willing to go in and like...hex-edit in order to fix it. It's really aggrivating to recruit great staff and then have them leave after a year and have to do it again and again.

My last 2 AssMen lasted 1 year each...and I regularly lose every coach when their contracts expire

It's a small grumble, but annoys me anyway: too many African players with African names who have white facegens. Mainly Nigerians, I think.
