Me personally, I realized I really didn't know much about drafting. I now know that guys with low bars aren't always guys to avoid (OJ) and underrated really is important (Reeves and Newman to name a few).
I also learned to like the whole affinity system. I'd never really played with it much since 2004, and I kinda dig it now. It definately gives some character to your team.
