Two stats I like to see:
1. Missed Tackles by a defensive player.
2. Pass play yardage a DB give up.
I like to know how many yards and big plays my DB is giving up. I know it shows me caught passes against him, but I like to know how many yards he gives up every game, plus big plays against him.
I also like to know which defensive player is missing tackles. This is big for me.

Stat #2 would be very cool. I'm okay if my DB's don't defense a lot of passes if they make the tackle right afterwards; however, when the other team completes bombs I'd like to be able to see whose fault it was.

If you watch Solevision it tells you "he fakes out the defender". What else do you need?

An actual stat that captures this? Solevision is not a replacement for stat feedback.

Better O-line stats. AKA amount of times called for holding, amount of times allowed his man to pressure the QB(Hurried's allowed), amount of false starts
Better Kickoff stats-Touchbacks, average return, etc.
Missed Tackles
General penalties drawn. It's one thing if your CB has a good pd%, but it'd be another thing if he's gotten called for interference/illegal contact 15 times in the year also.
That's all I can think of for now.

Tackles for loss
Running backs: "Mean yards per carry".
Also I think the suggested CB stats are a huge deal. We should know how many yards are given up on their catches.
Because it does change things dramatically.

Tackles for loss definitely. It's one of the stats I love in TCY that I wish was in FOF.

Not sure what you're asking for here that isn't in the game (yards per carry).

By having stats on DB's it shows me who is a shut-down corner and who is not. I can have a top rated corner on my team, but I won't know how he is performing unless I see stats showing passing yards against him.
Someone brought up penalties. Yes, a penalty stat that allows us to know who is getting penalties called against.
I know we can read the logs, but sometimes you can't get the info you need, and to boot you have to enter the info for that player to keep records. Way too much work.

I think he means angry yards per carry.

If each player has some sort of "penalty rating" then tracking penalties would be sweet. Of course, you can't really take out a lineman with 3 holding penalites in the first quarter or a CB with 100 yds in PI penalties during the game but it would be interesting.

In general, it would be nice to have a little more statistical info on defensive players; especially linemen and to a lessor extent linbackers.
Pass rush percentage is the only stat I find currently useful. Tackle percentage seems of limited use to me as I don't know if he's getting tackles because he's good or because the opposition is running at him all game.
So it becomes difficult to know who is playing well and who is stinking up the place. So missed tackles would be a nice stat to have if it is possible to track. Or maybe key running blocks against?? Or tackles behind the line??? Also in Solovision you often see where a linement will break up a play. It would be nice if this was recorded in a stat.
