Great program but I'm a little dense ---
1) Comb rate org draft ---- what do these column headings mean? (I know they change when you modify the edit weights screen)
2) The EDIT WEIGHTS screen --- how best to use ( a walkthrough of how someone uses it with particular settings).....
THANKS..

Comb = combine rating based on combine weights you specified (uses the standard deviations above/below average combined with weights to generate a number).
Rate = the new rating calculation that takes into account all factors on the weights screen. Details that go into this are broken out on the player detail box when you click a player.
Org = original order when you ran Extractor. Can be handy for you to sort by bureau or adjusted bureau in FOF, then run extractor, and then in Analyzer you can always see that order. I put this in since the Player Report window in FOF does not have the bureau rating on it, so you can't sort by bureau rating here.
Draft = Draft order. You can re-order players by right-clicking on them, or using the shortcut keys when on a player (1-7 = draft round, F = undrafted free agent, X = don't draft) to set an order and then sort by it. It's set up for you to step through each player (arrow keys will go move selection up/down) and specify what round you think that player is worth picking in, and then use +/- within a round if necessary.
As for Edit Weights, that's really up to you. There is no sure-fire strategy, and everybody values things differently. You have to fill in your own values. There are plenty of discussions about the draft here, but players you select will also vary depending on your gameplan strategy. Do you want receivers who can go deep (big play receiving needs a high weight), or do you want receivers that catch short and then break yardage (getting downfield needs a high weight)? And there is no right answer on combine weights or chemistry; you just have to decide on weights that fit your own strategy.
I suspect that those who really want to use this tool will take a recent draft class, set up some weights, sort by the rating number, and see if they like the results. Where they don't, they'll use the breakdown on the player details box to decide what weights to tweak and re-run until they are happy with the final list. And then keep in mind that you are getting a rough sort, you still have to make your own final decisions.
