Switching leagues...

So I took over Italian squad Carpenedolo in Serie C2/A in Italy. I took them over in March after getting fired from my previous job. Now, next season, I'm in Serie C2/C. I'm not sure what happened. Is this something common in the Italian leagues and I just wasn't aware or what? Or a bug?

Also, my boards longterm goals still state that they want me to obtain a respectable finish in C2/A by the end of the 2nd year, even though I'm in C2/C now.:confused:

All the Italian C2 divisions are at the same 4th level, the A B and C just splits the level up into different regions to minimize travel costs. So you haven't moved down the league, just been moved to a different region.

Teams can move around the regional leagues depending from season to season depending on where other teams promoted and relegated to the 4th level are based. Not sure if that's what happened to your team, or if the game doesnt do well with the regions.

Yeah, I had read up on wiki that it was split up by region, I just didn't realize that it was subject to change. And as far as I know, the game didn't make me aware that I was switching(it could have though).
