I got my Giuliano team promoted in Italy from C2 to C1 in their first year. Since then, I've floundered for a few years in the middle of the table under some financial constraints out of my control. However, I've done some great roster management over the past year or so and I'm now in a great position to make a big move.

-Finished runner-up in the Italian C Cup (big money influx for my club)
-Team has over $1M in cash.
-Salary level was increased from $28K/week to $48K/week, though my current salary level is only $31K/week (room for growth).
-After 6 years of no transfer budget, received a transfer budget of $300K for this year.
-Stadium is receiving a major upgrade from 8K to 12.5K seats (major revenue boost).
-Team has several stars between 21-23 years of age with my oldest player only 26 years old.

My only move might be to toss in a couple of good veterans to tutor some kids, but I really like the young core of players and they have great potential for growth. Hopefully I can get another promotion in the next year or two and start moving towards an elite team.

All six of those "highlights" for your team are the exact same ones I loved when they happened for my Albion Rovers squad, exact for the stadium one since that couldn't happen for me. I edited the saved game though so now it can happen, I just hope I can get back to playing it soon.

My stadium upgrade just finished up and I'm now getting $40K more per game in revenue. This should help A LOT. :)

I've got to hurry through my current year, my upgrade finishes start of next year.

By hurry, I mean get through it in a couple weeks, of course. I'm slow.
