When Rex makes a gameplan, what is he basing his decisions on? Is it the current starting roster the other team has listed? Or is it based on the other team's best players? I just noticed that my opponent has his very good receiver inactive (from the last preseason game). Is the recommended gp taking into account that this receiver will be starting? Just curious how much tweaking needs to be done.

That's a tough one. I know that Rex does the best job it has done in the history of FOF in taking the opponent's talent into account. I can't say for certain that it will notice that the inactive guy will be active for the upcoming game, though. My not-terribly-educated guess here is that it looks at the current starting lineup.
