Going on a trip: NFL RSS and Podcasts?

Hey all,

I am leaving for a work trip on Sunday, and I am taking my new iPod touch with me. I am brand new to this world of iPods, and I am looking for any kind of RSS feeds and Podcasts that I can download to follow NFL free agency and draft analysis while I am gone. Can anyone recommend some good ones?

I did a quick search but couldn't find any similar info, so I apologize if I missed any threads with similar info...
