For the NHL fans, what do you feel is the best fight (or fights if it's all out team brawl)?

potentially it couldve been McCarty v. lemieux in the aftermath of the Chris Draper face re-arrangement had Claude not turned into the biggest puss ever.

Probert vs Crowder or Probert vs McSorley IMO. There must be a ton of classics I'm missing out, but those are the two that immediately spring to mind.

I can't remember any NHL fights at all. I probably haven't seen nearly as many as most of you guys, since I lived in the south for so long without decent hockey coverage.
My favorite fight was in an ECHL game a few years ago. It involved two goalies, New Orleans' Ron Vogel (now with the IHL's Kalamazoo Wings) and Arkansas' Jason Saal (now retired). That fight was so exciting, it was the first to get my wife up out of her seat and cheering.
In fact, after we moved here and she took her job as a professor, her university held a luncheon to introduce the new faculty. Each new faculty member stood up and told the group a little bit about themselves. She mentioned that she was excited to have moved up north because there was hockey around. Then she told a quick story about the Vogel-Saal fight. Everyone at the luncheon thought she was nuts.
That's my kind of woman.

One of the best hockey fights I have ever seen took place in section E-2 of the Mellon Arena during a Toronto/Pittsburgh game last year. Both people had their noses broken in the end.

I prefer Probert vs Coxe over the McSorely and Chrowder (and even Domi) fights. They were all good, though.

If you want to factor in the situation, not too many can top Clark vs McSorely in the 1993 conference finals. You have the veteran captain who doesn't fight much anymore coming in to challenge the enforcer twice his size who just laid out the team's star player, fans going crazy, etc. Plus Todd Gill pummelling a 60-year-old Dave Taylor in the background.

Any goalie fight is going to bring high entertainment value, doubly so if it involves the Wings and Avs.

Bench clearing brawls were fun, although they usually only involved a handful of fights and a bunch of guys slow-dancing. One exception was the Canada/Russia brawl at the World Juniors... that was just out of control:

Bill Guerin got in a fight in the early 90's as a Devil and I can't remember who it was against but they counted the punches and it was something like 140.

Probert vs McSorely is the first one that comes to mind. There are some great Domi vs Ray fights that I loved, but that's likely because I'm a Jets fan. Actually Domi vs Anyone is a great fight because the guy would just stand in there and take a pounding, win or lose.

It helps to have a bowling ball for a head.
But it was great when Domi would use his low center of gravity and start spinning. The much bigger guys could still outmuscle him, but guys like Cam Russell fell for it and got killed every time.
Good night, Cam:

My memory is a little foggy on this...
A few years ago the Canadian and Russian national teams got into a fight and would not stop.
They had to turn off the arena lights to try and get them to quit.
