Anyone ever worked on something like this?

Or found the location of this data in the save game files - accidentally moved my team to a beautiful new location - with a 20 000 seat stadium (and of course now I'm locked in for 15 years)

I don't believe there is one out there, unless that's included in the old city editor (but I don't think it is). Being able to edit both cities and stadiums in-game would be great, especially if you want to give equal footing starting out in MP leagues (or, if you needed to physically move teams with owner changes rather than just changing the city name...so you don't have teams playing in Charleston, MN for example).
