Big, big, big match for Manny "The Destroyer" Pacquiao.

Manny has come on top in two great feuds against Barrera and Morales. One Mexican remains of the triumvirate: Juan Manuel Marquez.

In 2004, Manny knocked Marquez down three times in the first round of their one and only fight. Marquez fought to a heroic draw, and the rematch comes four years later.

The entire Filipino nation waits with baited breath. Whoo. :)

I can't pick a winner. I'll be rooting for Manny, but I'm afraid he's reaching declining point. I think he's got enough to win this one though.

Should be a very good fight either way though.

Epic match. Both fighters bleeding, neither backing down.

Another controversial finish, same as the first fight, which people thought Pacquiao won.

Marquez had decisive rounds in the 6th, 7th and 8th. Ronds 9-11 went to Pacquiao. The 12th round, I felt went to Marquez... however, it seems like the big knockdown by Manny on Marquez in the 3rd proved to be decisive.

Manny wins via split decision. 115-112, 114-113, 112-115. Ridiculously close match that would have probably deserved to be called a draw, if not for the solid knockdown by Manny on the 3rd.

We were watching in a sports bar over here... and someone cried foul about Marquez losing. He almost got stabbed to death. :D
