P90X Workout .. Anyone else using it?

Just started this thing .. It's brutal but I'm already noticing improvement about a week in. I'm only 22 but I've been out of competitive sports for a while and my muscle went to hell. Definetly utilizing all the muscles now and I've felt better then I have since my senior year of HS.

So is anyone else on this?

I should add .. this thing has kicked my ass. It definetly is something you need be in somewhat decent shape for. I am on that fringe for it that's for sure.

I've been considering it. It looks pretty intense. My fear is that I don't have anything I can use for pullups. Is there a recommendation on how to do those? I don't want my living room to resemble Mr. T's gymn in Rocky 3, but I also want to be able to do all the exercises.

Day 4 was Yoga .. as gay as it seems .. it definetly was amazing, I will not lie damnit.

It's an hour a night. Yeah you get a fitness guide book that gives you ways to do it and such but it's a set schedule. The big thing early is following the diet book they give you. It's low carbs early but a lot of calories. And yes. I'd bang her right now if she dressed like she did in the Breakfast Club even.

It's probably not suggested but I know my buddy is doing it too and he hasn't stopped drinking and he seems to be getting results he is satisfied with.

You need free weights, just a couple, or resistance bands, either/or. Chin ups and such are used but I know my friend skips them as he doesnt have a bar but you can get a chap one at a Dicks or something.

And Oprah and Bono can get SARS.
