email/cell phone/sports scores etc

I have a cell phone which I can receive emails on. I don't have internet access on it, though, so cyberlinks don't do me any good. What I was wondering is if there are any Sports Alerts you can have sent to your cell phone that would simply be in text form. I'm going to the pirates game next weekend during the NFL draft. It would be great if I could get the latest updates periodically emailed to my phone. There's gotta be some service availalble that will do this for free, right?

Well they lowered the amount of time between picks this year, so assuming that the game starts at the same time as the draft, you'll only miss about 15 of them.
