Very Underrated

If a player is listed as very underrated in you draft can you expect his bars to jump higher than what your scout is showing you or not? What determines that?

Generally speaking, yes, the bars will increase over time. Sometimes the scout is dead wrong, though. If you're interested in the bars changing, check the Coaches Corner archive for a link to the Unmasking 101 thread.
