It's a nice feeling, isn't it? The lease-backs ends today, so the wife and I will be seeing the house empty for the first time this evening. Then tomorrow I start painting the office orange and blue... :cool:

I was just back in Ann Arbor this weekend, and lurker and I would totally love to move back there, especially with housing prices. Problem is she's just starting a new job, and I started one less than a year ago, so it's not really the right time for us. Where in Ann Arbor is it (I'm not really interested, just curious)?
