Well Waylaid, it really points to the declining quality of the boards in recent years. It's a situation of folks trying to be funny and failing. What it's done is taken newbs and made them think that's the price to play. Like you have to be outrageous and silly to get 'noticed'. It is just - if I could use intarweb terminology - a farking internet msg board to begin with, but some folks..you start to think it's their sole source of entertainment. And then when one of you calls them out, they cry and say SkyDog is mean.

kid's right to read a book without getting his mind warped! Or: maybe
